LOOKING FOR LUXURY LODGE SAFARIS?
These are the equivalents of the western deluxe hotels. Lodge chains such as the Wildlife Hotels and Lodges, Tanzania, Serena and Sopa and a few other privately owned lodges and camps keep a very high standard of service. Simpler lodges we use, such as the Tahi chain (Sopa Lodges) are of a good standard and also very comfortable.
Lodges and camps of this standard are situated in almost all parks and reserves and facilitate most safari itineraries. The vehicles used are safari land cruisers and land rovers with viewing roof hatches. Expect to be very close to the wild animals at least 50 – 100 meters away from them. Sometimes 1m – 4 meters away from your vehicle and may be while they are also looking for the shed they will be under your vehicle for example Lion’s. You will see different type of animals including Cheetah, Antelopes, Zebra, Hyena, Wildebeest, Giraffe and a lot of different species of birds. |
